Special order parts require minimum 50% up front deposit and are not returnable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not accept international orders through our Website.

Please note that delivery charges do not include taxes and duties imposed by your local government. You will be responsible for these costs, which may be paid in advance by our delivery partner and reimbursed to them.

PAYMENT
We accept payments via BPAY, Electronic Funds Transfer, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

Payments will be processed once all necessary information is provided.

(a) BPAY
Payment is required within 7 days from the order confirmation date. BPAY payments may take up to 3 working days to process.

If payment is not received within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

(b) Credit Cards
Only Australian credit cards are accepted.

Credit card payments are processed at checkout.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from the fraudulent use of your credit card.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Bankstown, NSW, through Star Track.

Orders are dispatched within two business days of receiving full payment. Delivery typically takes 2-12 business days, depending on your location.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you’re unavailable during delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange collection from your local post office or reschedule delivery.

SHIPPING RATES AND HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the order. You will see the shipping charges after completing your order.

Shipping costs are additional to the price of the goods.

WARRANTIES

REFUNDS & RETURNS
A return authorization must be granted before any goods are returned.

A re-stocking fee may apply to goods authorized for return.

Goods that are processed for return are exchanged for in-store credit (no refunds).

Goods not in the original or damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.

Goods that show signed of being fitted or used will not be accepted for return.

Special order parts are not returnable.

Parts older than 30 days from purchase date are not returnable.
