Car enthusiasts are getting into car restorations across Australia which is generating massive economic benefits to businesses in the Australian customisation and modification sector such as engine builders, parts suppliers, panel beaters, spray painters and upholsterers.
Over the long weekend there was an array of cars at ROCKYNATS 2021 which is a showcase of horsepower, speed, driving skills and engineering excellence.
“They rumbled in, they drifted, they showed off and shone, they burnt out and they dragged the streets of Rockhampton,” said a Rockynats spokesman.
This masterpiece came 1st in the Top Street Wagon/Van category.
It was restored three years ago by the team at S & K Restorations. The 422ci SB Chev engine is by BK Race Engines while parts were supplied RaceMAX Direct.
