We offer the SPD complete line of exhaust components including Mandrel Bends, Collectors, Transitions, Tubing, Header Flanges, Exhaust Flanges and Header kits.
In addition we have a great range of icengineworks products that include complete modeling kits and Tack Welding Clamps. These products will allow you to make custom products at a fraction of the time that it would normally take. This system allows you to purchase an assortment of blocks in a kit that come in specific diameters and radiuses, these blocks snap together and each block represents one inch of header tubing no matter what the radius is. With these blocks, you can configure all runners of your exhaust system and you can duplicate this in an easily changeable format to be able to get around tight obstructions and configurations around your engine compartment. Once you have your exhaust system all laid out, you can break them apart in sections and you will be able to cut them up from commonly available u bends, mandrel bends which can be purchased from us separately. Once you have cut them up using your bam saw, you will end up with the exact same part in steel. Once you have the part made in steel, you can replace the block section with the steel section. To make adjustments prior to final welding, we also offer Tack Welding Clamps.
