Team RaceMAX ventured outside of Sydney Dragway for the first time to compete at the 2025 Winternationals in Modified Eliminator. The car qualified well in 15th position out of 29 entries with best performance in Q3 of 7.819 @ 172.09mph. Round 1 Eliminations was Friday afternoon and we managed to get the win, the win carried us into E2 on Saturday. The E2 round was very early on Saturday scheduled at 8.30am, selecting a dial in was very tricky not having had any passes that day. The conditions indicated we should repeat our Q1 run of 7.83. We selected a 7.82 dial in, my opponent Daniel List selected a 7.54 dial in. My .030 reaction was slightly bettered by List with a .024, our car slowed to a 7.867 (.047 over) allowing List past for the win with a 7.579 (.039 over). That put us out of the competition. Overall a good meeting with the car running well in very good atmospheric conditions. We now wait out the Winter break in Sydney and resume the NSW Championship Series on 16th August.
